If you are interested in adopting a Pilot Hill Teddy Bear Puppy, please fill out our Puppy Application below. Once we have reviewed your application, we will be in contact with you to discuss puppy preferences, available puppies, and address any questions you may have. Subsequently, we can proceed with the deposit, which will secure a spot on our reservation list.

Please note that our average wait time for a puppy is 0-8 months after being added to our reservation list, depending on preferences.
